Get an RSA token

In order to access AEM you must first access Citrix. In order to access Citrix, you will need an RSA token.

RSA token is a two-factor authentication system that provides an extra layer of security designed to ensure that only those that should have access to updating BCLC enterprise websites are able to. 

If you don't have an RSA token (via website url or via app on your mobile device), you must submit a Service Desk request to get one. Then you must use your unique RSA token every time you login to AEM. 

Access Citrix

Login to CItrix

BCLC Security requires that any user that accesses the AEM CMS do so via a Citrix connection so that the user's entire session is recorded for security and auditing purposes. 

1. Go to: https://remoteaccess.bclc.com/vpn/index.html
2. Login with your CONNEX credentials.
3. Enter your RSA token number.
4. Click the Login button.

Add AEM to your Citrix Favorites

Note: you will only need to do this step once, the first time. 

1. Once logged into Citrix, go to the Apps page.
2. Find the AEM6 CMS CHROME - SAG item and click Details.
3. Click the Add To Favorites button.

Open AEM

1. From your Citrix Favorites screen, click AEM6 CMS CHROME - SAG.
2. On the Open Citrix Receiver Launcher dialog click on the Open CITRIX Receiver Launcher button.
3. When the CItrix Chrome browser opens (it may take a few seconds), you will see a blue notice banner on your screen saying that the session is being recorded for audit purposes. 
4. Click the OK button.

Login to AEM

Prod

It is important to note that any changes made using AEM on the Prod environment will display on the live, public-facing website. 

1. The Citrix Chrome browser will automatically open on the AEM login page for Prod: http://10.6.9.45:4502/sites.html/content
2. Login with your CONNEX credentials.
3. Review your changes on Prod on all screen sizes.

QA3

If you want to play around and try things out without impacting the Prod website, you can log into AEM on the QA3 environment.

If you are in the BCLC offices, you won't need to log into CITRIX first. However, if you are working from home and accessing the BCLC network via VPN, you will need to log into CITRIX first before you can access AEM on QA3. 

1. Go to: http://kam1eqcqa09.qa3.egaming.bclc.com:4502/sites.html/content
2. Login with your CONNEX credentials
3. Review your changes on QA3 on all screen sizes.

Note: You must be on the BCLC network in order to access either of these environments.

Citrix browser shortcuts

To speed things up in the future, try adding some useful AEM shortcuts to your Citrix Chrome browser, like:
